Despite the furnaces’ best effort the temperature dropped to 24 in the greenhouse.&lt;br/&gt;The lettuce survived OK but the potatoes lost their tops.  You’ll see below that they are still alive and coming back well.</description>

Yes we are still in New England and yes it is February. I planted a row of potatoes (the last of last years crop that had sprouted in the pantry) in one of the greenhouse beds in the middle of January. I hope to be digging fresh fingerlings sometime in April. Stay tuned...</description>
